Scott is standing for Reform UK because he has seen how wasteful spending and ineffective management have let down our communities in recent years. A dedicated husband and father living in Surrey for the last 18 years with his wife, son and two daughters.

Scott is a former US Navy Commander with a distinguished military flying career and a senior transformation leader who has delivered major efficiency programmes and hundreds of millions in cost savings at companies including EasyJet and the London Stock Exchange Group.

He is committed to sound public finances, protecting the Greenbelt and creating safer streets and estates.

David has lived in the Leatherhead area for nearly 30 years and with grandchildren and great-grandchildren in work and in school here, he is standing for Reform to ensure the new Unitary Authority works with and for residents to scope and deliver projects and services that best meet local needs.

David brings experience in environmental science, protection and regulation, and in developing cost-effective and innovative services/infrastructure for local government including highway maintenance, new schools, and waste management. He has a focus on services for SEND children and their families and on support for our unpaid carers who are so crucial to families, communities and the effectiveness of the NHS.
